Unwarranted optimism giving current trends in the USA, where recent changes in drug funding are systematically killing the poor. Not too mention the Federal Government's opposition to certain state's importing cheaper drugs from Canada. The AIDS pandemic continues to spin out of control, because of high drug prices among other things. This in part due to US pressure on poorer countries to conform to WTO regulations, even when they are entitled to opt out. The current system clearly preserves profits more than lives. dss David Stodolsky Skype: davidstodolsky Rate This Message: http://www.cryonet.org/cgi-bin/rate.cgi?msg=28296
