I thought there was a maximum of three posts per day? Someone
seemed to get four posts into the queue.

A 60-character subject line is clearly adequate for normal
purposes yet unfortunately is still long enough to contain a
link. The whole process of trying to block junk posts is as
frustrating as trying to block spam.

I am also wondering if the stigmata imposed by negative
evaluations of a poster should linger a little longer. In an
ideal world, each additional negative evaluation should add a
disproportionately longer time in purgatory (and I suggest
this knowing that it could equally well be applied to me
sometime).

Overall however I don't think it is possible to control this
problem completely, and at some point we may also expect the
law of unintended consequences if efforts to limit junk posts
become too sweeping.
