Those are hyperlinks, not attachments.  If you use them, they take you, via 
your browser, to a different website than cryonet.org, not to an attached file.

If they are highlighted and underlined, clicking on them works for most 
people's computers.

If you cannot get them to work that way, highlight the entire thing by 
holding down your left mouse button and moving over it, do control-c for 
copy, then paste it into your browser's field using control-v.

If they are the ones in the subject lines of "Philossifur's" posts, just 
ignore them already, unless you wish to read a lot of goofiness.

Often it is beneficial for a CryoNet poster to reference something in 
his/her post via a hyperlink to information on another website, rather than 
trying to post it all here in text format, due to the quantity or format of 
the information.  Overall it would not be a good thing to discourage the 
practice.
