While the Frozen Dead Guy Days celebration does seem to have as part of its purpose the buffonizing of cryonics, I admire Kennita's brave attempt to swim against the tide and inject real cryonics information into the party. I do not know whether it is *practical* or not, but I like that she does it. Swimming against the tide is the essence of cryonics -- at least for the past 30 years. We can hope it will change eventually. As for Jonathan Despres, I truly wish never to see any more messages from him ever in my life. And he does lower the quality of CryoNet significantly, even with blocked messages. I do have reservations about blocking people from Cryonet, but I confess that I would feel better if I didn't have to see his message headers.
