MARCE JOHNSON FUND RAISING UPDATE
   

  At present we have raised $10,000 for Marce Johnson's suspension.  We are 
  almost 1/3 of the way.
   

  I will be sending each contributor a personal thank you on behalf of Marce at 
  the end of this campaign.  But in the mean time I want to express my thanks 
  here on Cryonet.
   

  Thank you to everyone who has sent a check so far.  Also thanks to everyone 
  who has passed the info on to others, copied messages from Cryonet and posted 
  them elsewhere, and posted messages of support.  I am not even sure where all 
  the reports of this story are at present.  I know Alcor has agreed to post it 
  in a few places as has CI.  But I have had reports that it has been posted in 
  other cryonics forums also. 
   

  Even though on the one hand it might look like $10,000 came in pretty quickly 
  we are still $22,000 away from having the needed amount.  I hope everyone will
  continue to send in contributions and to keep informing others.  I hope we do
  not now slow down our momentum.  Besides contributions, suggestions here on 
  how to raise money and get the word out to those in the cryonics community 
  that do not subscribe to Cryonet etc. are welcome.
