If you are to receive one call per day, then if you die alone you will have 
been dead for 12 hours on average when the call comes. In the worst possible 
case, where you die just after your daily call, you will have been dead for 
nearly 24 hours.

I live alone. Fortunately I am (as far as I can tell) in very good health. I 
realise however that that could change at any time.
