Since you assume that about the thoughts of everyone else, clearly a
fallacy, it would nonetheless appear evident that you think yourself to
be numb.  Thank you for the clarification.  However, you are not yet numb
enough to not assume that anyone who brings information to the public
light must be "alarmist".  Give it time, you will get even more numb.

probably won't resonate much over the next few decades, especially if

And what exactly is the cryonics facility to do, when the electricity
supply goes off?  Apparently you think it will continue no matter how hot
it gets in Phoenix?  Maybe, maybe not.  Of course generators could be
used, until there is no longer any place left open from which to purchase
the fossil fuels needed to run them.

I never thought I'd hear a cryonicist admit the possibility of death,
merely absent doing suicide.  I thought it was what we are all about -
minimizing our risk of death from any source.  No wonder you must think
cryonicists and their cryopreserved relatives and friends, should stay in
a climate that threatens their lives, gradually more and more so, each
year.
