Freezing for the future:
Steve Bridge, president of Alcor, talks about cryonics

Steve Bridge will speak at the Sunday, August 14 meeting of Alcor
Northern California in Santa Clara, California. There will be a
potluck supper afterwards. Bring food and/or drink if staying
for the potluck. The meeting is open to all.

Steve Bridge is president of the Alcor Life Extension Foundation,
the largest cryonics organization in the world. Founded in 1972,
Alcor now has 27 patients in suspension at their facility in
Scottsdale, Arizona. Cryonics is a grand experiment: can future
medical technology revive a dying patient frozen with today's
technology? And would you rather be in the control group, or
the experimental group?
