It is likely that had I done so, the origins of these studies would be pretty well hidden. I suppose the studies did not also cover the financial aspects - such as the impact on drug companies' profits from every smart person who takes vitamins; namely, that they need less drugs and the drug companies get less profit. In what little I did read, I saw a very fuzzy distinction presented between taking vitamins to prevent cancer, and the negative effect vitamins can produce on existing cancer. It is almost like they wanted people to get that distinction confused, and to therefore drop taking antioxidants even if still healthy. I'm sure the vitamin companies will have their replies to this "study". Look on some of their web pages. People taking less vitamins will hurt their profits too. = Get Cheap Life Insurance Save up to 75% on Life Insurance.
