Average temperature was 23.9 C during this run. Estimated maximal longevity using the formula (363 - T*11.2) is 96 days. Maximum control survival beat the estimated maximal longevity slightly in this run. I attribute this to using a relatively new breeding bottle, that had very few older or infected flies. I suspected that mustard would prove to be toxic, but underestimated its dire potency.
