one thing that CI or Alcor could do, is to improve their web technology.

They could use web 2.0 design technology for all of their web pages.

It does not cost alot of money and improve their image.

They could for example use the last technology in design, ajax or comet.

I say ajax, but it could be better than ajax. You could find an expert
in the field.
