I am guessing that revivees will be issued some version
of A Young Lady's Illustrated Primer, an AI that will
lead them through what they need to know to survive in
whatever world exists then.  Depending on the world and
how totalitarian it has become, there may be more or
fewer choices offered -- various psychological quirks
may be edited out as criminal (think Demolition Man).

Some choices might require *significant* psychological
adjustment, such as whether or not you want your
consciousness inserted into a physical body (think
Vanilla Sky).  Then again, you might not be able to
tell one way or the other (think The Matrix).

Truth be told, I haven't a clue, and I'd better stop
thinking about it -- I've spent most of an hour on this
message (!).  I'll just hang on and try to enjoy
whatever of the ride I get to see.
