Interesting read.  In it they self-critique, and promise to learn from
what all transpired.  An unusual situation - that this was not services
contracted for by the CI member, but arranged at the last minute by his
relatives, at a discount.  From SA's viewpoint, it looks like they took
the case as a practice run to see where the holes in their operation
were, since they had not had a case in 3 years.
