Chrissie Loveday, my partner and CI member, gave an interview to "Bella", a
women's magazine, which was published today.

The article was sympathetic in tone. However it was written for the reading age
of the magazine which is quite low, and it contained some predictable jokes.
However there were no major howlers. The author appears interested in the
concept of cryonics, although he will not be rushing to sign up just yet. I am
sure that he made a far better job of addressing that particular audience than
either Chrissie or I could. I hope to get his permission to scan in the text of
the article and put it on the Cryonet in due course.

Chrissie is also speaking on BBC Radio Cornwall on 11 August sometime between 7
and 9 am BST, a recording being made on 10 August. A transcript may be made and
put on the Cryonet around 10 pm BST.

I must say that I am amazed by the publicity cryonics is getting considering how
few people are actually involved, in proportion to the rest of the world and
indeed other interest groupings.
