In this time frame, we will have extensive space colonization. With  
the 'land area' in these settlements doubling every seven years,  
there would be a demand for settlers. However, there are cheaper and  
more entertaining ways of bringing new people to life ;-).

On the other hand, given funding NASA would probably start up  
research on hibernation / suspended animation again. So, the  
technology would probably become trivial in this type frame. Maybe  
reanimation of someone would make a nice PhD project for a history  
student in the future.
