I'm sure you don't want to hear my opinion, but I'll say it anyway. While a 50 acre site with a large building would be impressive, it's not necessary. A 10x10 metre space in a suburb would be much less expensive and much more practical. You could probably easily swing it as a non-profit without having to depend on your new commercial operations. Dream big, but start small. Kriorus comes to mind as a guy who's doing it this way. I think he has the back corner of a barn as his "facility". I think this is how all cryonics organizations should start. To have this is better than to have nothing at all.
