Subject: SAI-- News Bulletins-- website or email or both?

It's unclear to me if SAI is publishing their news
bulletin on their website or on an blind carbon copy
email list-- or both. I got a blind carbon copy this
morning that has a significant update on controversial
issues-- labelled News Bulletin #12. 

The last News Bulletin on the webiste is #11, which
implies that a decision has been made to not publish
on the website and to move to blind email list only.
Is this the case?

There is no indication on the website of being able to
