Unquote This may or may not be true. The reason the amount of resveratrol has been reduced drastically in grapes is, that it is a stress hormone for grapes as well as for mammals and with more modern viniculture using irrigation and fertilization (organic or otherwise) the plants are no longer as stressed as they once were und consequently produce less resveratrol. I have been taking resveratrol supplements at 20 mg/day since about 9 months My cholesterol level has declined from 2006 (it is still high, but the HDL is right through the roof', therefore the ratio is down to little over half of the recommended limit). 2006 was lower than in 2005 because I then cut down on salt intake, and 2005 was significantly lower than ten years earlier, when I was still working, due to more exercise and better eating habits. I am not sure, what I will do for an encore next year, but I have recently started on HGH releasers. J Rate This Message: http://www.cryonet.org/cgi-bin/rate.cgi?msg=30117
