Part of my complaint is that the general membership is not being made aware of how bad things are getting in the area of membership growth fall off, financial condition, and other Big Mistakes the board has made, they have not had information and debate on other possible ways to elect directors that may make things more safe for Alcor members and patients. The present director-elected director system seems to make that more dangerous and painful for a regular member to do. If you remember, I first went only to the board and a private group several months ago with these complaints and suggestions. The board told me to go fly a kite. If the membership doesn't feel these things are important and rally to do something, then I am going to the kite store. When I started my posts this time around I put Cryonet in the address box, everyone can see it. It was not a BCC. I am sorry if you did not notice that. Are you suggesting the directors may have two different sets of answers to the questions I am trying to make public, one for the public and then the real one? This is one of the very things I think needs to change, the directors ought to be saying in private what they would say in public. They only have to be careful what they say when they want to keep certain things from being public. That's ok with our own private lives but not ok for a director of a public 501c3 non-profit company, especially one whose members depend on honesty to try to save their lives. Anyhow, if it wasn't clear by the addresses in the "to" box then I apologize. David PS - this message is going to everyone, look at the "to" box to see who that includes. --- wrote: > At some point, Dave Pizer added "CryoNet" to the > distribution list for this > topic.
