This sounds like an interesting presentation. Unfortunately, I
will be unable to attend due to time and distance. I wish more such
events were held on the East Coast. |)

BTW: I enjoyed your article, "The Molecular Repair of the
Brain", which was featured in the past two issues of _Cryonics_. The
figures given for the molecular composition of the brain, as well as the
number of repair devices and time factors for repair were quite informative.

Have you seen an estimation of what the total information storage
capacity of the human brain is? In Carl Sagan's _Cosmos_, he stated
that the brain has on the order of 10^14 neural connections in the cerebral
cortex. Assuming each connection would be equivalent to 1 bit,
taking this further would yield a capacity of 12.382Tb.
        10^14 bits = 1.25*10^13 bytes = 12.382Tb
Conventions used:
                1024 bytes = 1 Kb
                1048576 bytes = 1 Mb
                1009511627776 bytes = 1 Tb

I would be interested in hearing your thoughts on this.

                                 Brent
