I agree that we can skip people that we think are just
ranting on our own.  I also appreciate everyone who
take the time to input on the list.  I'm glad to have
had this opportunity to learn about the rating system,
and now I can rate those who have been 'banned' as
being excellent.  Personally I second changing the
system, but it seems that when we all understand
it--it is not that bad, since we can counter people
being banned that we do not agree with.
