I loved reading that. It clearly highlights many aspects of transhumanism that 
we should always keep in mind when we discuss the subject


First, our imaginations are strongly limited by our own experience. It is very 
hard for us to imagine something radically new or different.


Second, some people think that reality stops where their imagination stops, and 
they get very irritated by those who tell them they are wrong.


Third, other people know that reality extends much farther than than what they 
can see or imagine. Even though they cannot clearly see what exists beyond their
horizon, they strive to bring it into focus regardless of the difficulty of the
task, much to the annoyance of the people who have declared current limits to 
be real limits.


Finally, reality doesn't give a rat's ass about what anyone thinks or believe. 
It does its thing and marches on, and we can either stand in its way and be 
crushed into oblivion, or go along and enjoy the ride.
