I'm not sure that "Kashmir"'s review
is done; I think Darwin said there were
four eras, and the review (IIUC) only
covered two of them, up to 1972.  I'm
looking forward to seeing the rest, and
wonder if there may be more specific
suggestions in there (though it's not
clear Darwin was talking to an audience
that would be interested in specific
suggestions -- ExtroBritannia?).
