If you are quoting the final email of a digest, could you please delete the 
words 'End of CryoNet Digest'. If I am too tired when I read them, I am 
liable to forget that it might not actually be the end of the digest, with 
the result that I don't bother reading whatever was further down.

Here is the latest example of what I mean:
