Here's a freebie from Canada.
Vancouver, BC 2008 temperatures are lower in 2007, which in turn were
lower than in 2006, which in turn were lower than in 2005, which in turn
were lower than in 2004. As can be seen from the historical temperature
data below, a strong cooling trend has been in place since 2004, with 2008
looking to be the coolest year this century, with temperatures comparible
with the average temperature in the 1940's.

to be about 9.7 C, same as in 1946.
