And, yes, the POA does need a "durable" clause, in that nondurable POAs can lose effect not just upon death, but upon legal determinations of incompetence. Which are the precise situations that the POA would need to be excercised. We as individuals actively promoting our life extension need and MUST do as many rational and foresightful things as possible to avoid the astoundingly bad suspensions which are the NORM, not the exception, in cryonics still today.
