Subject: In Defense of Rudi Hoffman

Rudi has been very helpful in my efforts to build a sensible funding
strategy for my cryopreservation.

He helped me through the application process for insurance.

However, AIG turned me down for health reasons (do you know of anyone
who has not gone through the emotional torment which happens after a loved
one (parent, spouse, sibling, etc.) dies?).

After AIG turned me down, he recommended that I declare CI as the beneficiary
on my group policy at work.

He also suggested that I may look into an annuity if and when I come into
money through an insurance payout (parent's death).

I would seriously think about what Rudi has done for many cryonicists before
criticizing him.

If it weren't for him, who knows how many people would not be able to afford
cryonics?
