A couple of points here. 1) Alcor's Board votes on and decides who will be the CEO. Unless Alcor members have suddenly, without my knowledge, acquired the right to vote for Alcor's Board, the Board neither needs to nor does listen to input from the other Alcor members who have no rights. It is therefore totally meaningless to run a campaign in support of "someone for Alcor CEO". 2) As evidenced by changes a few weeks back to Alcor's webpage, Jennifer Chapman is fully installed as Alcor's legal President (CEO). Unless she is agreeing to be demoted, has other career changes in mind, or the Board now doesn't like her (happens to almost every Alcor President!), it would seem strange if the Board is even looking for a CEO at present. Are they? The last I heard the search ended with Chapman installed. Maybe they could share the job, each work 20 hours a week, uhhuh yeah right!
