Some time ago I have suggested a scheme to finance cryonics research.
Clearly, that was of no interest to the cryonics organizations.
So I let it anew in the public domain:
The CAS freezer could be very interesting if someone wanted to take the job.

There is the financial basis, it is done for the french law, yet with some
adjustment it can be used in many countries with a similar law system for
financing non profit organizations.

I have the tools for producing gemstones similar to what you can see here:
http://www.jewelryimpressions.com/loose-chatham-created-ruby-stones.html
I can produce them at 1/3 to 1/4 the price. They could be sold to people at
2/3 the value, the difference would finance cryonics research.
In France, people can give something to a research organization and get 2/3
of the vale as tax exempt. Giving the gemstones at full value would make a
taxe rebate equal to the buying price, a way to put the taxe on what look
interesting.

One more twist: The market is for industrial cut gems, hand cutting is 5x
costly. With 15 percent/year price build up there would be a 17 years time
before reaching the real price, so buyers have a near insurance to make a
15%/year profit even if they don't (or can't) use the gemstone for taxe
rebate.

Anybody interested?

Yvan Bozzonetti.
