Subject: cryonics #319 - Trans Time Cryomedical Sale Nets Profit

I'm a little confused about this TRANS TIME announcement.

TRANS TIME evidentally made a profit by selling shares of a company
called Cryomedical Sciences back to that company. It had purchased
the shares for $22,000 but was able to sell them back for $540,000.

Question 1: Cryomedical Sciences is said to have incorporated 3.5
years ago as TRANS TIME MEDICAL PRODUCTS. Which is the correct name
for this company?

Question 2: Are these two companies (TRANS TIME and TRANS TIME MEDICAL
PRODUCTS) really separate, and did this stock transfer represent a
legitimate valuation of the stock, or was it just an internal shifting
around of money to give the appearance of a profit?

Question 3: How did Cryomedical Sciences / TRANS TIME MEDICAL PRODUCTS
make the $540,000 that it used to buy back its stock from TRANS TIME?
Does it sell medical products, as the name suggests?
