 Actually, the Alcor Foundation does indeed have the financial wherewithall
 pick up and move at least its patient care operations overseas.  Should a
 situation arise where this would be the prudent thing to do, I would also
 expect that most of the whole body patients would be converted to neuro and 
 that Switzerland wouldn't be the ideal choice.  Though no written plan is 
 in place, this scenario has been discussed, and I believe that such an
 operation could be carried out on *very* short notice should the need
 arise. I can think of useful contacts which Alcor has in at least 5 other 
 appropriate countries.

 In any case, although this contingency is way far down the list of things
 we need to worry about, I'm glad to say we could handle it financially and
 logistically (it would, however, seriously put our publications behind).
