Progress in this field is moving more quickly than I realized with several therapeutic uses already, from regrowing and transplanting bladders to regrowing muscle in war wounds. I apologize if someone already mentioned this. But it is definitely worth knowing about. One of the biggest problems with discussing cryonics is what people see as the limitations of medicine. How can we regrow and repair the bodies and brains of suspended patients when medicine can't do things like that today? It's always good to be able to say, "Ah, but we can." http://www.cbsnews.com/stories/2009/12/11/60minutes/main5968057.shtml?tag=contentMain;contentBody Steve Bridge ----------MB_8CC5964ED4C7B81_1AD8_17C6F_webmail-d090.sysops.aol.com Content-Type: text/html; charset="us-ascii" [ AUTOMATICALLY SKIPPING HTML ENCODING! ] Rate This Message: http://www.cryonet.org/cgi-bin/rate.cgi?msg=32277
