Subject: CRYONICS Frozen patient count

In message #3218, Steve Bridge wishes to determine the number of
patients currently in suspension, by a method that avoids double-
counting.

I suggest that to avoid double-counting, we rely upon a most
elementary principle of physics: One frozen patient cannot be in
two different physical locations at the same time. Let us then
tally patients by their **location**.

The question of legal custody of patients is frequently murky or
under dispute. Tallying suspendees on the basis of "legal custody"
is likely to create either over--or under--counting of the
suspended patients

At present Trans Time has 9 patients in suspension at our
facility at 10208 Pearmain Street, Oakland, California, USA.
