Anything can be called anything. I can say my product contains fairy
dust if I like. People might even believe that the marketing decision
to say the product contains "fairy dust" means it actually does even
if the idea is nonsense.

There are no products on the market that contain actual molecular
machines unless you count things like houseplants. Any product
currently on the market that claims to use "nanotech" is either
charlatanry or ordinary advanced materials being hyped for
advertising purposes.
