Is there any truth to the rumor that a cryonics organization is
contemplating relocating onto Indian land so as to permit the
execution of a premortem suspension -- the idea being that some of
the regulatory obstacles [such as the charge of Murder One] might
    thus be evaded?

I haven't heard that rumor. I doubt if Native American sovereignty
stretches that far.

OTOH, it might be a good idea to set up a "hospice" facility with
suspension capability in Oregon. I just heard Oregon (barely) passed
a law legalizing medically assisted suicide.
