I didn't know we had sent out three mailings to anyone. Were they 
duplicates? Or are you referring to our newsletter? Personally, I would 
regard it as a bonus to receive a newsletter from any cryonics group 
without having to pay for it, but I realize opinions may differ.

Come, now, Steve! It is true I was trying to be diplomatic, but that
doesn't mean I was insincere. I really don't see why the junk mail issue
is such a big deal, and I do reiterate that we don't want to waste our
money sending stuff to people who don't want it. 

In actuality, my expression was one of weary tolerance. Still is, too.
