Personally, I WAS irritated to have spent that much time and have nothing but a background shot on the show. However, considering the tone of the show, perhaps it was just as well. My assumption is that I must have done a thoroughly logical, reasonable interview, since apparently I didn't say anything outrageous or goofy enough to be pulled out of context and used to slam cryonics, life extension in general, or Saul and Bill in particular. In all of the interviews we have done in the past year (well over 100), only 4 had negative slants: two radio stations in Texas who thought we were playing God, the L.A. Times which was partly good and partly insulting, and Day One. Let's keep this all in perspective, folks: while the networks still seem to require sneering at out-of-the ordinary ideas; just about everyone else is willing to listen and learn. We are making tremendous progress in public image over all. The networks will be the last to catch on, as usual. Steve Bridge Rate This Message: http://www.cryonet.org/cgi-bin/rate.cgi?msg=3841
