What crap is this? First of all, it has nothing to do with cryonics
and definately does not belong on the cryonics mailing list, and
second of all, it's ridiculous. To wit:

> The local/state police/sheriff is instructed not to assist the

> agents.

Passing a law that law-enforcement agencies shall not assist other
law-enforcement agencies?!?

> Foreign born residents shall be assumed to be staying here
> under contract with local citizens.

Contracts are not legal if they're ilegal (obviously). Either a
foreign born resident is a visitor, a legal immigrant, or an illegal
immigrant. If they're an illiegal immigrant, no contract with local
citizens can make them legal.

> In the absence of any felony/crime by the foreign born individual,

And if they're illegal immigrants, they have already committed a
felony/crime, so this clause does not apply. If they're legal, then
there would be no reason for INS to interfere.

Oh please. Maybe the Feds will pass a law that the INS can arrest
sherrifs interfering with other INS officers, too. Then they can all
just place each other under arrest and go to jail together!

I don't know much about these groups, but now I know how silly they
must be (despite reasonable-sounding names).

Sheesh.
