I think that T Bauge believed that he had, but the legal system is such a 
mess of money grubbing officials and practitioners that obviously he got it 
wrong. I agree this is appears to be nothing to do with cryonics, but it 
does affect any frontier activity, and if you Americans let it go on then 
you will end up a third world backwater.
