Subject: CryoCare Membership Status

Hi folks. I'm writing to respond to Michael B. O'Neal's query about our
membership status here at CryoCare.

I've recently scrutinized our member files. Since I'm a stickler for detail, I
often send documents back to people for redoing or for corrections. This is
very time consuming. Let's face it, nobody really wants to deal with signup
documents anyway. Having to do a tremendous amount of work by myself, and in
spite of my attention to detail, I find that I have not been as thorough as
I'd like to be. Therefore this survey was well timed from many standpoints and
has helped me to initiate some further attention to detail for our members,
which as always slows things down even more.

All of this notwithstanding, the following applies:

My current records, which are spic and span to date, bring us in at 71 fully
signed up members (signed, sealed, delivered) and 39 individuals who are
missing one piece of documentation or in some cases two. We also have dozens
of people who have entered the signup process, but as experience has proven,
this takes time, so I will not discuss them here. I'm personally disappointed
in these numbers but I am planning an article about our membership which will
include numbers as of June 1 (more indicative of our growth, in my opinion
than the ones here), ratios and statistics of interest, and some useful and I
hope, entertaining details in the next issue of the CryoCare Report. We have
an extraordinary membership base and this is certainly the foundation for a
very promising future for CryoCare and I'd like to take this opportunity for a
"membership article" to tell people a little about these cryonicists
-therefore I suggest that everyone in this forum subscribe who is not already
a CryoCare member.

The subscription rate for CryoCare Report is $9 for a year - four issues. What
a deal! And as you may already know, CryoCare Report is written and edited by
a world famous writer by the name of Charles Platt.
