If it's the "first economy in the world" in 2002, why won't it catch up to the American economy until twenty years after that? Is America not part of the world? > I have no objection towards communism and could adapt readily to it. I do. I couldn't. > Some cryonet users have tell me they prefer to be death than red. It's not a choice they will ever have to explicitly make. In the now-unlikely case that communists take over the world, no cryonics will be done, since it will always be cheaper for the State to breed new workers than to resuscitate cryopreserved workers. > I write mostly for readers not even born in this century. As late as 1930, some intellectuals could still reasonably believe that communism might work. It's been tried in numerous places. It's failed horribly. The 21st century is no more likely to return to communism than it is to return to feudalism, or to bring back slavery. Rate This Message: http://www.cryonet.org/cgi-bin/rate.cgi?msg=4161
