Subject: Information about Science-Fiction Book

I've received a few questions about my forthcoming book (late May '95),
especially in relation to its relevance to cryonics. Let me stress that
only one of the stories (yes, it's a short-story collection) deals spec-
ifically with cryonic suspension, and even this story uses suspension as
a vehicle--not as the nexus. However, I tried to make the futuristic aspects
accurate.

The book is being published by Phantom Press of Nantucket, MD.
ILLUMINED BLACK and Other Adventures
by Mac Tonnies
ISBN: 0-9644759-0-1
5.5 by 7.5" softcover
perfect bound, app. 175 pages
$9.95

>From the advance reviews I've received so far, the most notable are probably
from "Booklist" and "Science-Fiction Chronicle." Both are mostly positive,
especially the former. If you run across the April Issue of SF Chronicle,
look it up.

I'm excited about the possibility of contributing to an anthology, and welcome
any comments about this (or anything, for that matter).

Thanks for reading--

Mac Tonnies
