Maybe this is the heart of the difference between the average cryonicist, 
and the plain old average person.

Previously I had considered crucial factors to be a) risk-taking, or b) 
interest in travel (in both geographical and meme/spiritual/intellectual 
senses), or c) zero-based (i.e. no preconceptions) thinking ability.

So, how do we target people who are already engaged in an internal 
survival-vs-respectability debate (apart from advertising in cryonics 
magazines?)   :-)
