I may (*may*) be able to do some of these experiments. I am currently working in a leech neurobiology lab. Leeches have demonstrated both associative and nonassociative learning; the experiment should be fairly straightforward and should only take a few days. Can someone send me a protocol (cryoprotectants, etc.) similar to what is used on human cryopreservations? Of course leech biology is different and the protocol may need modification -- I welcome any advice (my background is cogsci/math, not biology). ,------------------------------------------------------------------. | Joseph J.
