Subject: SCI.CRYONICS: Brain reading with intensity interferometer

Back online, I read only now one month of Cryonet messages, that is why I
am so late to comment about a remark by Thomas Donalson in msg # 4460.

In that posting, T. Donaldson suggest I must go ahead (and eventually
convince anyone using facts if I understand well). There is just such a
first step:

The first intensity interferometer was built in UK at the end of WW2 by R.
Hanbury-Brown and was used to demonstrate the technology. My concern was to
look at the possibility to build such an instrument today at amateur level.
This is what I have done in June. To have a working interferometer, there
must be two collectors, I have build only one. My objective was not to do
stellar interferometry at this level, only to see if such a system could be
built.

I have given before my program to go step by step until a fully workable
brain reader. There will be similar annoucement after completion of each
step.

The present system will be now converted to an electronics telescope,
details and pictures will be published in a comming issue of Observatory
Techniques magazine.
