Subject: SCI.CRYONICS:Testing cell membrane with MRI

There have been some reports about quality of storred cryonics samples on
Cryonet. The next step would be to see at cell wall preservation after a
freezing thawing cycle. Emma Young in New Scientist ( July 8, P. 24 )
reports on the use of Magnetic Resonance Imaging to assess the quality of
cell's membrane in thawed food.

The same process could be used in cryonics to test swiftly many
conservation protocols. It would be a key componement in any research on a
better preservation. I recall Alcor has used MRI before on a cryonics
research. who will use this oportunity to get a better cryonics service ?
