In fact it would be better to have several separate trusts, if funds permit, so if one fails the others will still be there. In view of the ridiculous costs of setting these trusts up, the cryonics organisations ought to get a specimen trust worded which can be used by members. Life insurance written in trust is usually done this way - life insurance clients don't have to pay a alwyer $100,000 or so to set up the trust every time a policy is written in trust. I beleive the Venturists are already working on a similar idea, and they have already devoted substantial funds to lawyer education in the subject. -- Sincerely, **************************************** * Publisher of Longevity Report * John de Rivaz * Fractal Report * * details on request * **************************************** **** What is the point of life if it ends in death? **** Rate This Message: http://www.cryonet.org/cgi-bin/rate.cgi?msg=4711
