There are two problems : A volume one producing constrains and eventually 
cracks on fast cooling and a cell level set of questions including :
organel displacement by ice crystals.
Cool stifen membrane ruptured by ice.
Inside cell drying and so on. My subject was only about the first question. 
There is no THE solution to be found for cryonics recovery. Many problems 
must be solved.
