Alcor in OMNI once again SCI.CRYONICS
I was pleased to see Alcor's ad in the new, "expanded" edition of "Omni"
magazine.

I am also curious if cryonics has ever been remotely regarded by the political
community. It's conceivable, to me, that "esoteric" life extension methods
such as cryonics could become platform issues in future elections. Just as
our government-dominated space program is in the midst of decentralizing, I
foresee the opposite trend occuring in life-extension research.

Has federal cryonic suspension ever been entertained as a possibility, other
tahn in Norman Spinrad's "Bug Jack Barron"?
