X-Message-Number: 5199 Date: Thu, 16 Nov 1995 21:13:24 -0800 (PST) From: Doug Skrecky <> Subject: vitrification proposal 2nd typo! One more try: the boiling point of propane at 10 atmospheres is +.9 C In case the gremlin is still active, the above figuare restated in english is: Twenty six point nine degrees C Additional comment: Tissue damage from propane may be avoided due to the extreme brevity of exposure of unfrozen tissue to it. The same might also be the case with alcohol, but this is less certain. I think actual experimentation would be needed to settle whether or not this vitrification proposal or varients thereof possess merit.
